Our Philosophy
The
cornerstone of our philosophy is based on the concept best described by Indian
Philosopher and spiritual leader Mahatma Gandhi: "Man often becomes what
he believes himself to be."
Just as a spectacular structure
begins with a solid foundation, our coaching program is established on firm
principles. Like the great pyramids of old, our foundation rests on four
points. We like to call them our four cornerstones:
Cornerstone 1: Find your vision.
Do you remember the specific reason why you chose to become a chiropractor? We want you to relive that moment of truth so you can find or rekindle that vision.
But vision isn’t enough. We also help you find and urgency behind your vision so you can create tangible goals that excite you.
Cornerstone 2: Strengthen your leadership skills.
It’s a proven fact that people like to follow strong leaders. We help you cultivate the leader inside you so you can inspire others to follow.
Cornerstone 3: Maximize your abilities.
Each person is born with natural talents and abilities. Why not put yours to good use? We help you find what you do best and create a plan based around those talents and abilities. We also help you find the talents of your staff so you can utilize their abilities and help them find satisfaction in their work.
Cornerstone 4: Share your purpose.
When you open the lines of communication between you and your patients and staff, you get to know their core values while they get to know you. We help you to learn how to share your vision and goals, and gear it toward each individual you come in contact with. With a little planning, you can be a motivating force in the lives of others.
